Refund Policy
- We collect postage for the United States Postal Service on behalf of the customer. There is no refund with regard to postage. These funds are transferred to the United States Postal Service and there is no way to recover these funds.
- Generally there is no refund on services rendered. Salt Lake Mailing has no control
over mail once it leaves our facility and therefore not liable for any delays in delivery.
Also, we are not liable for little or no response from customers mailing. We don’t approve the marketability of any project and do not have control over the creative aspects
of the customers mail piece. In the event that the customer feels that Salt Lake Mailing failed to perform its services in some way, they may request a refund in writing within 30 days of mailing. Each case will be evaluated on a case by case basis. In no event shall the refund exceed the amount billed for the services. - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
- Salt Lake Mailing reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion.
